Roaming Coverage Management

The roaming coverage is essential in order to provide retail customers with the roaming coverage they require and at the same time ensure sufficient competition to create optimal wholesale cost and revenue.

Key deliverables

Roll-out prioritization & coordination

The roll-out of roaming services are focused on the relations where there is a beneficial commercial agreement. Both outbound and inbound traffic is taken into consideration. We are coordinating the needs and requirements from all our customers in order to optimize the results.

Contract management

We are acting as an agent on the customers behalf. With support from a power of attorney we are negotiating, signing and managing the roaming contracts on behalf of our customers.

Roaming Management Tool

We have a sophisticated Roaming Management Tool in place that provides support in the end-2-end roll out process, and keeps track of all the relations between you and the roaming partners. The tool also has components for managing all the related documents for your roaming relations (e.g. IR.21- and AA.14-documents etc.).

Service Testing (IREG & TADIG)

Telenor has the possibility to arrange for service testing on your behalf. We have a centralized test center in place and in combination with a probe based solution we can offer a solution to support you with your service testing.

3rd party risk management

Telenor is of course risk aware and have well defined due diligence processes for vendors and partners, and we are continuously monitoring the global sanctions lists (OFAC, EU, UN etc.) on behalf of our customers.
